Specifically, Virtus implements a mentorship program with Fezeka Secondary School in Cape Town. This involves learners from the school working with the management and the CRA's of the company in certain aspects of clinical trial development. So far the learners involved are looking at career possibilities in the bio-pharmaceutical world.
